We will recognize all of our suppliers, Planner of the Year, Supplier of the Year, Host Property of the Year and we will give out a President's Award! 

We will also be installing the Board officers for 2017-2019!

Logistic Information

Attendees will park in the Joe Carter Lot (located on the corner of Joe Carter Ave and Reno Ave) (p.s. many people consider this to be the Chevy Event Center Lot, but it actually belongs to the ballpark).

They will enter the ballpark through the Warren Spahn entrance. There will be staff to direct them down the concourse and up the first base stairs into the Oklahoma Fidelity Bank Club. The chapter meeting will take place in the Club.
